The Genuine Amelan® Treatment - A miracle for pigmentation problems
Patchy overpigmentation (hyperpigmentation), particularly of the face is called melasma.
It can be a terribly disfiguring problem for some women and men and can occur in any skin type, but those with naturally darker skins are particularly prone to develop this problem.
It can be caused by sun exposure, trauma, inflammation in the skin and sometimes hormonal changes, which is why it can sometimes appear in women during pregnancy, when it is called cholasma.
Unfortunately, the overpigmented patches can be uneven, large, unsightly and very prominent, and once they have developed they can be permanent unless effective treatment is offered.

It is called Amelan® and was developed by Dr Eduardo Krulig, an eminent plastic surgeon from Venezuela where overpigmentation is a particular problem.
It is a rapid medical depigmentation treatment that is effective in all types of pigmentation problems, even in resistant cases that have failed all other types of treatment.
It can be applied in any season and is compatible with all types and shades of skin.
It permits some sun exposure without the risk of recurrence.
It is completely safe and the pigmented patches will usually disappear in little over one week.
There are minimal side effects (only slight redness and flaking) and there is a regularisation of sebaceous secretion resulting in reduction of any excessive oiliness and improvement of any acne problems.
Unlike other treatments, such as lasers or peels, which are sometimes offered as pigmentation treatments, there is absolutely no risk of making the pigmentation worse.
The skin becomes clear, bright, rejuvenated and free from abnormal pigmentation, usually in just 10 to 14 days.
From the first day after treatment, make-up can be worn, if required, without any problems.
For all of these reasons, we regard Amelan® as the safest and most effective solution, and by far the treatment of choice, for any kind of overpigmentation affecting any skin type.
N.B. Please be alert to copy treatments which are widely available and which are often claimed to be the same as Amelan®. These are marketed under various names such as Dermamelan, Dermelan, Cosmelan and Cosmederm. These are NOT Amelan® and are NOT the same as Amelan® in their formulation.
In our experience, these copy treatments are not effective even though you may be charged a high fee for them. We are the UK supplier for the genuine Amelan® treatment which we obtain directly from Dr Krulig himself.
